Steffen Kubitzki is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Brandenburg, representing the Alternative for Germany (AfD). Born in Potsdam in 1964, he worked for many years in the energy sector, including at the Jänschwalde power plant, before entering politics. He joined the AfD in 2014 and has served as a member of the local municipal council and the Spree-Neiße district council since 2019. In the 2024 state election, he secured a direct mandate for the Spree-Neiße I constituency.
