Stephanie D'Hose is a Belgian politician currently serving as a member of the Flemish Parliament. Born in Roeselare in 1981, she holds a degree in political science from the University of Ghent. D'Hose began her political career as a parliamentary assistant and has served as a City Councillor in Ghent since 2013. She gained national prominence when she served as the President of the Belgian Senate from 2020 to 2024, becoming the youngest person to hold that office. During her tenure as Senate President, she notably advocated for the abolition of the institution. She is a member of the political party Anders, formerly known as the Open Flemish Liberals and Democrats (Open VLD).
