Stephanie Mickelsen

Stephanie Mickelsen is an American politician, farmer, and civic leader serving as a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives for District 32A since 2022. A prominent figure in agricultural policy, she has served as chair of the Idaho Ground Water Appropriators and played a key role in negotiating 2024 water mitigation agreements. Mickelsen is also a former trustee of the College of Eastern Idaho and has advocated for workforce development and government transparency, including sponsoring legislation to require disclosure of out-of-state travel by lawmakers. She and her husband operate a family farm in Idaho Falls and were inducted into the Eastern Idaho Agriculture Hall of Fame in 2025.
