Stephen Fuhr is a Canadian politician and former Royal Canadian Air Force officer who currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Kelowna. After a 20-year military career as a CF-18 fighter pilot and instructor, he transitioned into the aviation industry before entering politics. First elected in 2015, he previously served as the Chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on National Defence. Following a brief hiatus, he returned to the House of Commons in 2025 and was appointed Secretary of State for Defence Procurement, where he focuses on military acquisitions and national security strategy.
