Stevan Bakić

Stevan Bakić is a Serbian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Subotica, an office he has held since August 21, 2020. Born in 1967 in Bar, Montenegro, he pursued his education in Titograd before graduating from the Faculty of Physical Culture in Niš in 2002 and later earning a degree in economics from the Faculty of Business in Sremska Kamenica in 2006. As a member of the Serbian Progressive Party, Bakić has focused on local governance and regional cooperation, including strengthening ties with Republika Srpska and supporting environmental initiatives within the city of Subotica.
