Steve Witherden

Steve Witherden is a British politician representing the Labour Party as the Member of Parliament for Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr since 2024. Before his election to Parliament, he worked as a secondary school drama teacher and trade union representative in Wrexham for nearly two decades. Ideologically on the left, he is a member of the Socialist Campaign Group and chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Education.
