Summer Lee

Summer Lee is an American politician and social activist serving as the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 12th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party and associated with the progressive 'Squad,' she previously served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2019 to 2022. Lee is known for her grassroots campaigning and focus on issues such as environmental justice, gun control, and social equity. She holds a law degree from Howard University and has been a vocal advocate for progressive policies within the U.S. Congress.
