Suna Kepolu Ataman

Suna Kepolu Ataman is a Turkish politician, businesswoman, and farmer who currently serves as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Diyarbakır. Known as a tribal leader in the Silvan district, she has been active in civil society, focusing on issues such as girls' education and the resolution of blood feuds. Before her election to parliament in 2023, she held various roles within the Justice and Development Party (AK Party) and managed businesses in the construction, mining, and tourism sectors. She is a member of the Committee on Equal Opportunity for Women and Men in the Turkish Parliament.
