김성원

Sung-won Kim is a South Korean politician currently serving his third consecutive term as a member of the National Assembly. First elected in 2016 to represent the Dongducheon and Yeoncheon district, he has since been re-elected, currently representing the Dongducheon-Yangju-Yeoncheon B constituency. Throughout his legislative career, he has held significant leadership roles within the People Power Party, including floor spokesperson and various committee chairmanships. His policy focus has spanned environmental engineering, industrial development, and regional infrastructure. Kim holds a doctorate in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Korea University and previously worked as a research professor and political aide before entering elective office.
