Supriya Sule is an Indian politician serving as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha, representing the Baramati constituency since 2009. A prominent leader within the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar), she has served as the party's Working National President since 2023. Throughout her career, she has been a vocal advocate for women's empowerment, notably launching a state-wide campaign against female foeticide in 2011 and establishing the Rashtravadi Yuvati Congress to support young women in politics. Recognized for her parliamentary performance, she was awarded the Sansad Ratna in 2025 for her excellence in legislative duties.
