Susan McLain

Susan McLain is an American politician serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives for District 29, representing communities including Cornelius, Forest Grove, and parts of Hillsboro. A Democrat, she was first elected to the House in 2014. Prior to her legislative career, she served for 16 years as a councilor for Metro, the regional government for the Portland metropolitan area. Before entering politics, McLain had a long career as an educator, teaching at Hillsboro High School and Glencoe High School for nearly four decades, and she continues to coach speech and debate in her retirement.
