Susan Witten

Susan Tyler Witten is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 31st district since January 2023. Born in 1970, she grew up in Jefferson County and earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Transylvania University in 1992. Before her election, she worked as a Regional Lighting and Energy Specialist for Consolidated Electrical Distributors. Her path to office included a notable legal challenge regarding her residency status, which was ultimately resolved by the Kentucky Court of Appeals, allowing her to remain on the ballot for the 2022 election.
