鈴木隼人

Hayato Suzuki is a Japanese politician and former Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) bureaucrat currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. Born in Tokyo, he graduated from the University of Tokyo before joining METI, where he focused on healthcare, SME, and innovation policies. Since his first election to the Diet in 2014, he has been re-elected five times. Suzuki is particularly noted for his legislative work on the Dementia Basic Act, which he championed to promote a more inclusive society. His policy interests include child-rearing support, economic revitalization, and national security, and he has served as State Minister of Cabinet Office in the Takaichi Cabinet.
