Sydney Carlin

Sydney Carlin is an American politician serving as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 66th district since 2003. A member of the Democratic Party, she has served twelve consecutive terms in the state legislature. Prior to her tenure in the House, Carlin served on the Manhattan City Commission from 1993 to 1997 and held the position of mayor of Manhattan, Kansas, from 1996 to 1997. She is actively involved in numerous community organizations, including the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity.
