Szymon Ogłaza

Szymon Ogłaza is a Polish politician and local government official currently serving as the Marshal of the Opole Voivodeship. A member of the Civic Platform, he previously served as a member of the Opole Voivodeship Board and as the Chairman of the Opole City Council. Educated at the University of Opole with a degree in political science, he began his career working on European Union projects before transitioning into regional administration. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in local government, including serving as the head of the Opole Voivode's cabinet and as a representative for the Polish presidency in the Council of the European Union.
