T K Govindan Master

T. K. Govindan Master is an Indian politician and former educator serving as a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly representing the Taliparamba constituency. Prior to entering active politics, he worked as a prominent teacher in the Kannur district. In the 2026 Kerala Legislative Assembly election, he ran as an Independent candidate supported by the United Democratic Front after departing from the Communist Party of India (Marxist), securing a notable victory in a long-standing leftist stronghold.
