Mavji Desai

Mavji Desai is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly representing the Dhanera constituency. Born in 1971 in Baiwada, Gujarat, he began his political career by winning a local Sarpanch election in 2001. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership roles in agricultural and cooperative sectors, including serving as the Chairman of the Agriculture Producing Marketing Committee (APMC) in Deesa and as a former Vice-Chairman of the Banaskantha District Cooperative Milk Federation, known as Banas Dairy. He was elected to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly as an independent candidate in 2022.
