Türker Ateş is a Turkish politician and civil engineer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for the Republican People's Party, representing Bolu. Born in 1966 in the Bünüş village of Bolu, he graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in civil engineering in 1988. Before entering politics, he worked in the construction and food sectors and served as the President of the Bolu Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2013 to 2023. He resigned from his chamber presidency to run in the 2023 general elections and currently serves on the Assembly's Committee on Industry, Trade, Energy, Natural Resources, Information and Technology.
