Tadej Ostrc

Tadej Ostrc is a Slovenian politician, dentist, and political scientist currently serving as the Minister of Health of Slovenia. A specialist in dental prosthetics with a doctorate in biomedicine, he previously served as a state secretary at the Ministry of Health and as a member of the National Assembly. Ostrc joined the Democrats party upon its founding in 2024, eventually becoming the president of the party council and leading the parliamentary group. He assumed his current ministerial role in June 2026.
