Tadeusz Truskolaski

Tadeusz Truskolaski is a Polish economist and politician who has served as the Mayor of Białystok since 2006. Before entering politics, he worked as an academic teacher and researcher, earning a habilitation degree in economics from the University of Białystok. He has held various professional roles, including positions at the Government Centre for Strategic Studies and the Marshal's Office, where he specialized in regional policy and European Union funding. First elected in 2006, he has been re-elected multiple times, consistently maintaining his position as the city's leader.
