Tahir Rzayev is an Azerbaijani politician and a long-serving member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, representing the Agjabedi constituency. A member of the New Azerbaijan Party, he currently chairs the Committee on Agrarian Policy and leads the working group for Azerbaijani-Qatari interparliamentary relations. Rzayev holds a doctorate in philology and is an author of numerous books. Throughout his career, he has held various administrative roles in the Agjabedi district and has been recognized with the Order of Fame for his public service.
