Tahsin Becan is a Turkish politician and businessman currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the province of Yalova. Born in Ankara in 1957, he completed his primary and secondary education in Gümüşhane before graduating from the Civil Engineering Department at Karadeniz Technical University. Prior to his parliamentary career, he served as the President of the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2003 to 2023. He is a member of the National Defense Commission within the parliament.
