Takahiro Inoue is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the 1st district of Fukuoka. A six-term lawmaker, he previously served as a member of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly for three terms before his election to the national Diet in 2012. Throughout his career, he has held various government positions, including Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Committee on Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Currently, he serves as an Assistant to the Prime Minister responsible for regional future strategy. Politically, Inoue is known for his conservative stances, including support for constitutional reform and opposition to the introduction of selective separate surnames for married couples.
