斉藤たかみ

Takami Saito is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly. Born in 1977, he holds a graduate degree in public policy from Waseda University. Before entering politics, he worked for approximately ten years as an employee of the Kawasaki Horse Racing Association and served as a legislative secretary. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2011, he has since held various leadership roles, including committee chair and budget committee director. His political platform focuses on decentralization and fiscal consolidation from a resident-oriented perspective.
