Takami Saito is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly. Born in 1977, he holds a graduate degree in public policy from Waseda University. Before entering politics, he worked for approximately ten years as an employee of the Kawasaki Horse Racing Association and served as a legislative secretary. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2011, he has since held various leadership roles, including committee chair and budget committee director.
