北川 剛司

Takashi Kitagawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, representing the Kyotanabe and Tsuzuki District. He has been elected to the assembly three times. In his legislative capacity, he serves on the Committee on Assembly Management, the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Commerce, Industry and Labor, and the Special Committee on New Technology and Social Development. His political activities are conducted under the joint parliamentary group of the Democratic Party for the People and the Japan Innovation Party.
