Takumi Motohashi is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, representing the Kitatama Second District. First elected to the assembly in 2021, he previously served three terms as a member of the Kokubunji City Council, where he also held the position of Deputy Chair. A graduate of Meiji University's Graduate School of Governance, Motohashi focuses his policy efforts on child-rearing support, the elimination of income restrictions for family subsidies, regional healthcare improvements, and addressing the economic disparities between Tokyo's 23 wards and the Tama area.
