Tammy Tyrrell

Tammy Tyrrell is an Australian politician who has served as a senator for Tasmania since 2022. Initially elected as a member of the Jacqui Lambie Network, she served as an independent senator from 2024 before joining the Labor Party in 2026. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has focused on issues such as early childhood education, regional freight costs, and supermarket competition. Before entering politics, she worked in various roles including as a petrol station attendant, farmhand, and employment training adviser.
