Tarcísio Motta is a Brazilian politician and educator currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing Rio de Janeiro. A founding member of the Socialism and Liberty Party (PSOL), he previously served two terms as a city councillor in Rio de Janeiro, where he was a vocal critic of the municipal administration and a prominent advocate for social issues, including education and human rights.
