Tariq Bashir Cheema

Tariq Bashir Cheema is a Pakistani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, representing the NA-165 Bahawalpur-II constituency. A long-standing figure in regional politics, he has held the position of Secretary General of the Pakistan Muslim League (Q) since 2017. Throughout his career, he has served as the Federal Minister for Housing and Works and the Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research. Previously, he held the office of District Nazim of Bahawalpur and served as a member of the Provincial Assembly of Punjab, where he also acted as the Provincial Minister for Food and Agriculture.
