Tatyana Golikova

Tatyana Golikova is a Russian politician and economist who has served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Social Policy, Labour, Health Care, and Pension Provision since 2018. A graduate of the Plekhanov Institute of the National Economy, she previously held various high-level positions within the Russian Ministry of Finance, served as the Minister of Health and Social Development from 2007 to 2012, and acted as the Chairwoman of the Account Chamber of Russia from 2013 to 2018. Known for her extensive background in budget policy, she has played a central role in managing Russia's social and healthcare sectors, including leading the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
