Taurimas Valys

Taurimas Valys is a Lithuanian politician, public figure, banker, and public finance expert serving as the Minister of Finance of Lithuania since 2026. Born in Šiauliai, he has built an extensive career in business, investment development, and finance education, previously holding roles such as deputy minister of foreign affairs and member of the Vilnius City Municipal Council. He has also served as a board member of the Family Credit Union and taught international finance and public finance at Vilnius University Business School.
