Terrence Upchurch

Terrence Upchurch is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 20th district. Born in Cleveland and raised in the Collinwood and Glenville neighborhoods, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Cleveland State University. Prior to his election to the state legislature in 2018, Upchurch worked as a special assistant on the Cleveland City Council. In his legislative capacity, he serves on the Economic and Workforce Development, Health, and Insurance committees, focusing on policy issues relevant to his constituents.
