James Mark Terry Lacuanan Ridon is a Filipino lawyer, broadcaster, and politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines for the Bicol Saro party-list. First elected to Congress in 2013 representing the Kabataan party-list, he later served as the chairperson of the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor under the Duterte administration. Beyond his legislative work, Ridon has maintained a career in media as a radio commentator and founded the public policy think tank InfraWatch PH. He currently chairs the House Committee on Public Accounts and leads the House Infrastructure Committee, focusing on government accountability and national infrastructure oversight.
