Caloy Loria

Carlos Andes Loria is a Filipino businessman and politician currently serving as the representative for the 2nd congressional district of Albay in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. Elected in 2025, he has focused his legislative efforts on economic development, including the proposal to establish a special economic zone in Legazpi City. Loria is also known for his advocacy regarding environmental and social issues, notably opposing the installation of artificial lighting at Mayon Volcano in favor of prioritizing funding for essential public services such as healthcare and water access.
