Hori Horibata is a Filipino politician and former professional baseball player who has served as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives for Camarines Sur's 1st District since 2022. Born in Naga, Camarines Sur, to a Japanese father and a Filipina mother, he pursued higher education in the United States, graduating from Binghamton University with a degree in Economics. Before entering politics, he was a standout pitcher who represented the Philippines in the 2011 Big League Baseball World Series and played for the Binghamton Bearcats. In office, Horibata focuses on youth empowerment, sports development, and economic growth.
