Thorsten Raschen

Thorsten Raschen is a German politician and a member of the Bremische Bürgerschaft, representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in 1965 in Bremerhaven, he has been active in local politics since 1981 and has served as a member of the Bremerhaven City Council since 1995, where he has held the position of CDU parliamentary group leader since 2015. In addition to his legislative duties, Raschen works as a department head for real-time passenger information at the Bremerhaven transport company. He is also involved in various supervisory boards, including roles in regional utility and infrastructure organizations.
