Tilak Raj Behar

Tilak Raj Behar is an Indian politician and member of the Indian National Congress, currently serving as a Member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly for the Kichha constituency. He has previously held prominent government positions including Health Minister, Minister of Transport, Food and Civil Supplies in Uttarakhand, and Deputy Leader of the Opposition. Having won assembly elections five times across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand over his decades-long career, he remains an influential figure in regional politics.
