Tim Briggs

Tim Briggs is an American politician and lawyer serving as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 149th District since 2009. Born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from West Chester University and a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Before his election, he worked as a political advisor and director for various organizations. In the legislature, he has focused on education, children's issues, and environmental policy, while serving as the Democratic chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
