Tim Hicks

Tim Hicks is an American businessman and politician currently serving as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for the 6th district. First elected in 2020 after defeating an incumbent in the Republican primary, he assumed office in January 2021. Outside of his legislative duties, Hicks owns and operates a construction company. During his tenure, he has been involved in significant legislative actions, including voting in favor of the 2023 resolutions to expel three Democratic representatives from the House. His policy interests include property rights and land use regulation.
