Tim Kelly is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 93rd district. First elected to the state legislature in 2012, he previously represented the 94th district and served on the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners. Kelly also held the position of chairman of the Saginaw County Republican Party. In 2020, he was the Republican nominee for Michigan's 5th congressional district but was unsuccessful in the general election. He returned to the Michigan House of Representatives in 2024.
