Timo Gros

Timo Philipp Gros is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Saarland, representing the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). He assumed office in February 2026. Prior to his parliamentary career, Gros worked as a research associate and doctoral candidate at Saarland University and later held various management roles at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). He holds degrees in computer science, mathematics, and chemistry. Gros previously served as the state chairman of the Ring of Christian Democratic Students in Saarland and as a member of the university senate.
