Tito Karnavian

Tito Karnavian is an Indonesian politician and retired police officer currently serving as the Minister of Home Affairs. A former Chief of the Indonesian National Police (2016–2019) and head of the National Counter Terrorism Agency, he has played a significant role in national security and administrative policy. During his tenure as minister, he has overseen local government COVID-19 mitigation efforts and the administrative restructuring of provinces in Papua. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University.
