Toby Perkins

Toby Perkins is a British Labour Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Chesterfield since 2010. In September 2024, he was elected as the chair of the Environmental Audit Select Committee. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has held various shadow ministerial roles, including Shadow Minister for Apprenticeships and Lifelong Learning and Shadow Minister for Rural Affairs. Before entering national politics, he worked in the private sector and served as a local councillor on the Chesterfield Borough Council.
