Tom Kelly

Thomas Kelly is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives for the 30th district, having assumed office in 2025. In addition to his legislative duties, he is a professor and department chair at American Military University. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Kelly was a candidate for the Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction in 2022. He is known for his background in academia and his involvement in state-level political discourse.
