Tom McIntosh is an Australian politician serving as a Labor member of the Victorian Legislative Council, representing the Eastern Victoria Region since August 2022. He was appointed by a joint sitting of the Victorian Parliament to fill the vacancy created by the death of Jane Garrett. Prior to his parliamentary career, McIntosh worked as an electrician and served as a staffer for federal Labor MP Ged Kearney. He continues to represent his constituency as an active member of the legislative body.
