Tomáš Goláň

Tomáš Goláň is a Czech tax adviser and politician serving as a Member of the Senate of the Czech Republic representing the Zlín district. Born on December 1, 1968, he studied at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Mendel University and worked as an economist before becoming a tax adviser in 1993. He gained prominence for his public stance against preliminary injunctions by financial administration and was elected to the Senate in a 2018 by-election, subsequently winning re-election in 2020.
