Trần Văn Khải

Tran Van Khai is a Vietnamese politician, architect, and businessman currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Born in 1975 in Hung Yen, he holds a doctorate in Land Management and a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Before his election to the 15th National Assembly, he held various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of VK Group and senior positions within the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. He has extensive experience in construction, urban management, and institutional development.
