Tráng A Dương is a Vietnamese politician and a member of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam, representing Ha Giang province. Born in 1977, he is of H'Mông ethnicity and has dedicated much of his career to ethnic affairs, serving for over two decades at the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs. He currently serves as a full-time member of the Council for Ethnic Affairs and as Vice Chairman of the Vietnam-Morocco Parliamentary Friendship Group. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is a senior official in political theory.
