Tuğba Işık Ercan is a Turkish politician and educator currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Istanbul. Born in 1977 in Istanbul, she graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Chemistry before pursuing further education in the United States, including a master's degree in educational technology from the University of Akron. Prior to her election in 2023, she worked as a chemistry teacher and operated an educational consultancy firm. She has been active in the Justice and Development Party's provincial management and women's branches since 2012.
