Ty Winter is an American politician serving as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives for District 47. A fourth-generation cattle rancher and business owner, he was first elected to the state legislature in 2022 and subsequently re-elected in 2024. In January 2024, he assumed the role of assistant minority leader within the House. Prior to his legislative career, Winter served as the chairman of the Las Animas County Republican Party organization from 2019 to 2022.
